How to run Kraken2 online?

On Solu, Kraken2 runs automatically on every sample you upload. Taxonomic classification of raw reads is performed using Kraken2 against the PlusPF-16 database, which also serves as an additional contamination detection layer by identifying unexpected taxonomic composition in the read data. Preliminary species identification is derived from the Kraken2 taxonomic classification: the species with the most classified reads is selected as the preliminary identification. Final species identification uses BactInspector against a fungi-augmented database.
