How to run cgMLST online?

Looking for a way to run cgMLST without building schemas or installing chewBBACA? Solu Platform runs cgMLST directly in your browser against published, externally curated schemes from BIGSdb-Pasteur, PubMLST and Enterobase, covering 14 species across ten schemes. Upload a nucleotide sequence file (.fasta, .fna, .fa or .gz) or raw reads (.fastq, .fastq.gz) and get an allelic profile in minutes. Add four or more samples of the same species and the platform builds allele-difference clusters and a neighbour-joining tree alongside them.
