Sub-processors
Solu Healthcare Oy uses a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Solu Platform and our website. This page lists the providers who may process personal data or Customer Data on our behalf.
All providers listed here act under a written data protection agreement, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and are required to implement technical and organisational measures consistent with the GDPR.
Sub-processors of Customer Data
These providers process Customer Data (microbial genomic data and related analytical results). Changes to this list are subject to the notice and objection rights in Section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement.

Customer Data
Of the providers listed above, only Google Cloud Platform processes Customer Data. The remaining providers process account, contact, and usage information only, and have no access to Customer Data.
Customer Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in the United States by default. Customers may request that Customer Data be stored and processed exclusively within the European Economic Area. Contact support@solugenomics.com to arrange EU-only data residency.
Changes to this list
We update this page before engaging a new sub-processor of Customer Data, and notify customers in accordance with Section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement.
